Helpdesk and Customer Portal updated.

We recently made the change to the helpdesk, and the customer portal. I am still in the process of adding current clients into the portal. I will be making changes to the main site here as well (updating links and such). This should make everything run smoother. Also notice, that you can now “tweet”, “like”, and “+1″ with your favorite social networks on our blog posts, and certain pages.

Helpdesk Information:
We recently updated our helpdesk. We are now using zendesk. You can reach our helpdesk (contact portal) multiple ways. Send us a tweet @eiosco, Post something on our FB wall, Submit an email to info@eliteinteractive.net, or visit http://eliteinteractive.zendesk.com

In the near future, we will have additional ways to get in contact with us. I will update this post accordingly.

Forum and Live Support

Since we moved the site to a different server, I have been having problems with the EI community and live support. We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. We have removed the links from the site for the time being. Please note that you can still submit a sales and/or support request to our helpdesk. We will update this posted when these have been fixed. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

It’s Sunday, and I miss football already.

I am a pretty avid football fan. This is the first weekend without a game since last season. My days are no longer consumed sitting in front of the TV. I have decided to do some personal coding in my new weekend free time. My first project is going to be a “sharetronix” theme. You can read more about it in our community forums. I think I am about a week away from releasing the code, and allowing folks to enjoy it. The style/theme is going to be completely FREE. It should generate some traffic and word of mouth advertising. With all that being said, I am off to code a little. Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Been busy around the office

I have been extremely busy around the office. Here are a few things I accomplished today.

EI Logo:
Sergio made a few changes, but still awaiting the completed images.

Site Updates:
Filling in misc. content for the various services. Still not completed, but have made some progress.

EIOS Phone System:
The Elite Interactive Online Services phone system is now setup. Please visit the contact page for the phone numbers. At this time, it’s somewhat limited. We have plan’s to add more features/functions when time allows.

EIOS Helpdesk:
These were mostly staff related changes. Nothing a end client would notice or anything. The helpdesk will no handle our complete work flow, except billing. The billing system is still going to be kept separate.

Other:
eios.co domain is back online. It has been moved to the 2vibrant server untill the problems with the EIOS server is fixed.
